Our Condo/Home Watch service is designed to give peace of mind to homeowners who are not full time residents. We will check your home while you are away, perform a routine check of important items and contact you with a report.

- Visible Rodent and bug check
- Visible Mold check
- Visible Water Leak check (Kitchen, Bathrooms, Laundry, etc.)
- Thermostat and Humidistat monitored
- Windows and Door Locks checked
- Mailbox Check
Condo Watch Prices:
- One visit per month = $25.00
- Two visits per month = $35.00
- Four visits per month = $50.00
Home Watch Prices
- One visit per month = $30.00
- Two visits per month = $40.00
- Four visits per month = $55.00
Arrangements Can Be Made For Extra Services:
- Start Cars = $5.00
- Water Plants = $5.00
- Digital Photos of your property Emailed = $5.00
- Arrival Preparation (Turn on water, Adjust A/C, Open shutters, etc.) = $25.00
- Forwarding Packages and Mail = $15.00 plus postage amt.
- Close/Open Hurricane shutters = $10.00
- Post Hurricane Checks = $25.00
We will update you on a monthly basis about your home by phone, email or mail. Be assured that your home is being looked after by responsible and trustworthy people.
